Key responsibilities of the position include writing and preparing request for proposal (RFP) responses, giving presentations, fostering partner relations, and attending conferences. Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint is highly desirable. The role reports directly to the ownership team. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the RFP response process.
• Lead the written response to proposals with custom writing to address the specific needs, questions, and requests of the client.
• Prepare materials for interview or qualification presentations.
• Present to potential clients and partner firms about the firm’s qualifications and capabilities.
• Support the transition of contracted work from the business office into the production department.
• Write project synopsis and stories about our projects for the website and project pages.
• Assist in all aspects of industry trade show preparation.
• Attend conferences as required.
• Prepare industry award submissions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned, related to business development.
Skills and Attributes:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, digital media, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.

This is local position with the opportunity to telework. Cortina Productions is located at 1651 Old Meadow Road, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102 across the street from the McLean Silver Line Metro station.
