The Tennis & Culture Table
The Tennis and Culture Table is a massive 80" 4K touch interactive table which allows up to six guests to explore the pervasive influence of tennis on pop-culture, fashion, media, and world events. Visitors can also challenge each other in an on-court trivia match, tennis style. The table is driven by a custom Content Management System that allows Hall staff to create new content and update the table at will. An educator mode allows for a teacher to take control of the table and guide a class through a custom lesson plan.
Tennis Around the World
The Tennis Around the World exhibit allows visitors to use one of two interactive touch kiosks to explore past, present, and upcoming events taking place around the world. They can see the results of past matches and learn what tournaments are being held that week. A globe at the center of the exhibit displays facts about the game of tennis as it is played in different countries, the four Grand Slams, and upcoming tournaments and events. This exhibit is refreshed daily with the most recent data provided by the ITF, ATP, and WTA.
The Roger Federer Hologram
Finally, the greatest player in the history of the game of tennis makes a special appearance in the Roger Federer Hologram. This original piece was filmed and edited by Cortina Productions, and brings the living legend to the stage at the ITHOF through a state of the art hologram display. A life-size Roger appears in the space, allowing visitors an unprecedented opportunity to get up close and personal with the star as he walks them through the ten reasons he loves the game of tennis.
