Obama Presidential Center Museum – Cortina Productions

Obama Presidential Center Museum

Cortina Productions served as interactive media producer for the Obama Presidential Center Museum, working closely with the OPC Product & Technology team to implement a series of connected experiences within the broader software ecosystem.

Among the most visually ambitious experiences was All Together, a 360-degree digital mural created in collaboration with artist Jules Julien. Built from more than one million real-time animated dots across 11 thematic scenes, the mural illustrates how individual actions can come together to create meaningful change. Visitors add their names to causes they care about and watch as their contributions become part of an evolving work of art. The piece is a powerful expression of what people can accomplish when they work together.

Across the Museum, other interactive experiences invite visitors to share stories about the people who shaped them, explore accomplishments connected to themes such as diversity and climate change, navigate moments from the Obama presidency, and consider real-world scenarios. Visitors can also respond to reflections from President Obama or Michelle Obama, record a story of their own, and create a campaign-style button that joins a growing wall of contributions from fellow visitors.

Together, these experiences turn reflection into participation, connecting the Obama legacy to each visitor’s own memories, choices, and sense of possibility.
