Museum of Science and Industry – Science Storms

The 26,000-square-foot Science Storms exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago explores the extraordinary science behind some of nature’s most powerful and compelling events, like lightning, fire, tsunamis, avalanches, and tornadoes. Cortina Productions designed and produced more than thirty media pieces for the exhibit, including seven large-scale films, several videos, and twenty hands-on interactive experiences. Each piece is designed to complement the experiments, models, and artifacts in the exhibit and provide visitors with several different ways to investigate the scientific principles behind the phenomena.
